It is often said in Internet marketing circles that a customer's list is the most profitable list you can have. Generally, you will make more money from a customer's list than a normal subscriber's list.

How do you build a customer's list? It's simple: simply add a sign up form on a page that is shown to your customers after they make the purchase. You can either make it mandatory that your customers sign up for your list to view the download page, or you can go with the "softer" option and provide a link below the sign up form to continue to the download page without signing up.

How do you entice customers to sign up? You can position your list as a list to receive updates, recommendations and more quality information on the topic. You will generally get a very high sign up rate for your list anyhow since your visitors are warm after they have just made a purchase.

These products are all great for garnering high-ticket sales and residual profits on a monthly basis.
